To obtain a Letter of Good Standing (LOGS), the company must be registered with the Compensation Fund and have filed its Return of Earnings (ROE).
You will receive a Letter of Good Standing (LOGS) Certificate after submitting your Return of Earnings and paying the DoEL's Assessment invoice.

- Member(s) or Director(s) certified ID documents (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of Address of all Member(s) or Director(s)
- Employer Reference Number/Notice of Assessment
- Total number of employees
- Total earnings of employee/s
