Share Certificates

A Share certificate must be prepared in accordance with the Companies Act of 2008. It must contain:

• A unique share certificate number (certificates issued must be sequential)
• Number of shares and share price.
• The name of the company issuing the shares.
• The registration number of the company.
• The full name, ID number and address of the shareholder to whom the shares are issued.
• The number and type of shares issued.
• The signatures of the Director/s and/or the Company Secretary (if the company has one) or company representative.

Requirement(s):
• Company Registration Certificate (CoR14.3)
• Memorandum of Incorporation (CoR15.1A)
• Member(s) or Director(s) certified ID documents (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of Address of all Member(s) or Director(s)
• Written confirmation of Shareholding %
